GAMA 5th Edition Set to Dazzle in Dubai

The glittering Gulf Academy Movie Awards (GAMA) is back with its 5th edition, all set to light up the Sharjah Expo Centre, Dubai on August 30.

At the curtain-raiser in Hyderabad, GAMA CEO Saurabh Keshri said the event is a tribute to his late father Trimurtulu’s love for cinema, promising that this year’s show will “amaze Telugu audiences across the globe.”

Veteran director A. Kodandarami Reddy, part of the jury, called awards “multivitamins for actors,” while B. Gopal declared this edition will be “extra special,” packed with dazzling performances.

The star lineup includes Urvashi Rautela, Ketika Sharma, Faria Abdullah, Priya Hegde, and Sridevi, with actor Viva Harsha co-hosting alongside anchor Suma. The theme song, penned by Oscar-winner Chandrabose and composed by *Raghu Kunche, is already a hit.

Tollywood big names like Brahmanandam, Sukumar, Devi Sri Prasad, Ashwini Dutt, DVV Danayya, and many young stars will join the celebration.

With awards across 24 crafts of cinema, GAMA 2025 promises a spectacular night of glamour, performances, and recognition for the best of Telugu films.
