Demonstrating the growing organizational momentum within the Congress Party, a highly successful SIR–BLA meeting was held in the Armoor Assembly Constituency under the guidance of Constituency In-Charge Shri Vinay Reddy. The program highlighted the party’s continued focus on strengthening its grassroots structure and voter outreach mechanisms across Telangana.

Leading the initiative was AIPC State President Dr. Jillela Aditya Reddy, who has been actively working across the state to strengthen the Congress Party’s organizational framework and successfully implement key party programs, particularly the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) campaign. Through continuous engagement with party workers, booth-level agents, and grassroots leaders, Dr. Aditya Reddy has emerged as one of the prominent faces driving the party’s organizational expansion and cadre empowerment efforts.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Aditya Reddy emphasized that the success of the Congress Party depends on a strong and active booth-level structure. He urged every Booth Level Agent (BLA) to remain closely connected with the people, understand local issues, and effectively communicate the Congress Party’s vision, welfare agenda, and commitment to democratic values.

He further stated that the SIR program is not merely an organizational exercise but a strategic mission to strengthen the party’s presence at the grassroots level, ensure voter awareness, and build a robust network capable of meeting future electoral challenges. Under his leadership, the AIPC team has been actively supporting and coordinating SIR-related activities across various districts, helping the party establish stronger connections with voters and local communities.

Political observers have noted that Dr. Aditya Reddy’s consistent efforts in strengthening party structures, conducting training programs, mobilizing professional networks, and ensuring effective implementation of Congress initiatives have significantly enhanced organizational efficiency. Kavitha Reddy Seelam, AIPC MSME State President Shri Shashank Pasupuleti, GIG Workers State President Shri Abdul Rauf, Senior Congress Leader Shri Shakir Beg, Armoor Town President Shri Saibaba Goud, Library Chairman Shri Chandra Mohan Reddy, Mandal Presidents, Constituency In-Charges, and a large number of Booth Level Agents and Congress workers.
