AIPC–MSME Telangana Holds Empowerment Session to Boost Entrepreneurship Across the State

In a concerted move to strengthen Telangana’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, the All India Professional Congress (AIPC) – Telangana hosted an MSME Empowerment Session at Gandhi Bhavan, connecting entrepreneurs, industry experts, and government officials to accelerate inclusive and sustainable business growth.

The session focused on enabling small and medium enterprises to access existing State and Central schemes such as PMEGP, CGTMSE, PMFME, T-IDEA, and T-PRIDE. These initiatives, officials said, play a vital role in supporting young innovators, women entrepreneurs, and rural industries.

“When policy and professionalism work together, India’s MSME base becomes unstoppable,” he said, urging young entrepreneurs to make full use of available credit and training facilities.

Leadership with Vision

Taking charge as State Head of AIPC–MSME Telangana just a day before the event, Mr. Shashank Pasupuleti led his first major initiative aimed at uniting professionals, innovators, and small-business owners under a shared platform. He outlined AIPC’s goal of creating a seamless bridge between entrepreneurs, government departments, and financial institutions.

“We will uphold the values of the Indian National Congress through service, innovation, and collective growth. Every entrepreneur deserves access to mentorship, finance, and opportunities that build a stronger Telangana,” said Mr. Pasupuleti, reaffirming his commitment to inclusive development.

Mr. Pasupuleti expressed gratitude to Smt. Sonia Gandhi, Shri Mallikarjun Kharge, Shri Rahul Gandhi, and Smt. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra for their leadership and vision in empowering professionals through the AIPC platform.

Strengthening Local Economies

The session also addressed field-level challenges faced by micro-enterprises in districts such as Govindpur, where participants discussed access to finance, quality certification, and rural market linkages. Officials assured continued engagement with District Industrial Centres (DICs) and banks to bridge policy delivery gaps.

In his vote of thanks, Mr. Abdullah Bakran, Deputy Head – MSME Telangana, commended the leadership of Mr. Shashank Pasupuleti and the dedication of the organizing team for uniting professionals under one platform.

He emphasized that such initiatives are crucial for encouraging self-reliance, job creation, and innovation among youth and women across Telangana’s districts.

Towards an Inclusive Entrepreneurial Future

The AIPC–MSME Telangana team now plans to organize similar empowerment sessions across major towns and rural clusters, helping local entrepreneurs integrate technology and sustainability in their ventures.

With dynamic leadership, mentorship from the party’s national heads, and a strong professional network, the MSME wing is poised to become a catalyst for economic empowerment, innovation, and equitable growth — echoing the Congress’s vision of an inclusive and progressive India.
