Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan has invested significantly in Ayodhya, purchasing a lavish plot in the prestigious 7-star community of The Sarayu. The property, which was developed by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), is purportedly worth approximately Rs 14.5 crore according to the sources.
Amitabh Bachchan acknowledged Ayodhya’s spiritual and cultural importance while expressing his strong bond with the city. He expressed his excitement at being a part of The Sarayu project and highlighted Ayodhya as a city where modernity and tradition coexist. Given his deep personal attachment to the city, Bachchan considers the area he will call the “global spiritual capital,” where he hopes to establish his residence.
The Sarayu’s debut is scheduled to coincide with the opening of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya, which will heighten the spiritual significance of the city.
