Key initiatives like the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) and Kisan Credit Card (KCC) scheme are enabling fish farmers with financial support, modern techniques, and infrastructure upgrades, fostering sector-wide sustainability and employment.
