Ayodhya Ram Temple Prana Pratishtha: A masterpiece of faith, honor, divine glory Ayodhya, February 22, 2024 – The holy city of Ayodhya stood testimony to India’s rich cultural fabric and spiritual heritage today during the ‘pranapratishtha’ ceremony at the newly constructed Ram temple. A blend of ancient faith and modern technology, the project’s grand Ram Mandir is built in the traditional style of the city, with three floors, five pavilions and 392 pillars measuring 380 feet long, 250 feet wide and tall is 161 feet, the temple stands as a colossal structure in the spiritual landscape of Ayodhya by Larsen-Toubro Yanta, Tata Consulting- And managed by Engineers Ltd, the construction of the temple is expected to last for centuries with 56 special concrete form its base to ensure stability and durability against natural disasters In a venerable tradition, Prime Minister Modi presented special robes to Lord Rama as a sign of respect and devotion.
The auspicious ceremony began with a sacred ritual performed by a group of 150 Vedic scholars, under the guidance of Sankaracharya Vijayendra Saraswati of Kanchi. Vedic scholars Laxmikant Dixit and Ganeshwar Shastri Dravid presided over the puja ceremony.
Adding to the heavenly atmosphere, military helicopters decorated the skies by showering flower garlands on the sacred structure.
