In a tweet intended to honour Dr. BR Ambedkar on the occasion of his birth anniversary, Kasireddy Sindhu Reddy, a Telangana BJP youth leader, appeared to mistake Swami Vivekananda for the social reformer. As a result, she is now the target of trolling. Though the BJP leader later removed the post, her embarrassing Ambedkar Jayanti-related behaviour has already been captured.
The Politician took to her Twitter handle and wrote, “Humble tributes to doctor BR Ambedkar on his birth anniversary while remembering his endless contributions towards the betterment of Indian society and commitment to social justice and equality”.
She deleted her Twitter post where she is seen standing with her hands folded in front of Swami Vivekananda’s monument after internet trolls began targeting her, but by that time the photo had already gone viral. Later, she shared the same message she had earlier shared along with a picture of herself garlanding a statue of Dr. BR Ambedkar.
