Now a days more young people are getting a neck condition called cervical spondylosis. This is shocking because it used to be more common in older people.

Experts says that, this is happening why because young people today often sit a lot on computers, bad posture in sitting and due to lots of stress.

 What Is Cervical Spondylosis?

Cervical spondylosis is a general term for wear and tear that affects your cervical spine. Cervical refers to seven stacked bones (vertebrae) in your neck. Spondylosis is when parts of your spine begin to wear out.

Causes of Cervical Spondylosis:

Cervical spondylosis used to have older people. it’s usually just age that causes it. But now, even younger generation, especially those who sit a lot on their computers and not moving enough.

Headaches – You may have pain in your head more often.
Neck noises – Your neck might make sounds when you move it.
Weak arms or legs – Your arms or legs may not feel as strong.
Tingling – You might feel a weird, prickly sensation in your limbs.
Balance problems – It could be hard to stand or walk without wobbling.
Muscle tightness –  Neck muscles may feel tight.
Dizziness and Nausea
Best food for cervical spondylosis:
1. Leafy vegetables – Rich in vitamins and minerals.
2. Fish – Reduce inflammation.
3. Nuts and seeds – Good sources of healthy fats and nutrients.
4. Whole grains – Provide fiber and support overall health.
5. Lean proteins – Support muscle and joint health.
Foods to avoid:
1. Processed foods – High in unhealthy fats and additives.
2. Sugary snacks – Increase inflammation.
3. Red meat – Contribute to inflammation.
4. Alcohol – Exacerbate symptoms.
