Yatri Sewa Diwas 2025: Redefining Passenger Experience at Indian Airports

Yatri Sewa Diwas 2025: Transforming Airport Services in India

The Ministry of Civil Aviation has launched Yatri Sewa Diwas 2025 at Hindon Airport, marking a paradigm shift in how airports are viewed—from mere infrastructure to centers of dignity, comfort, and passenger care. Inaugurated by Union Minister Rammohan Naidu, this initiative seeks to make passenger-first service the norm across India’s airports.

Key highlights include free health check-ups for women under the Swastha Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyan, cultural and awareness programs, quiz competitions, and outreach activities for students, senior citizens, and taxi drivers. The campaign also promises universal WiFi under the Digital India Mission and standardization of airport services nationwide.

By addressing persistent gaps—like poor hygiene, limited healthcare, weak digital access, and lack of facilities for vulnerable passengers—Yatri Sewa Diwas 2025 aims to redefine Indian air travel as an inclusive, citizen-centric experience.
