Career counseling at Pallavi International School 

Hyderabad: Admission and career counseling was conducted by Ketevan Karbaia from Caucasus University in Georgia, Europe at the Pallavi International School in Gandipet on 7th July, 2024. She along with her team conducted these sessions to students of Grade X to Grade XII. 

The team Included Dr. Dikku Antony and Ms. Meera, Ms. Rajani, Ms Jaya Krishnan and Mr Vibin Thomas. Ms. Ketevan introduced the Caucasus University and said more than 25,000 students are currently studying in their university. The university has AICTE accreditation, many international tie ups with Georgian National University, University of Georgia, Gio Medical University and Georgian American University.

The courses offered are Business Studies, Psychology, Humanities, Science, Commerce, Art & Designing, Interior Design. Architecture and many others. Ms Ketevan and the counselors also ensured creating a safe and secure environment, where the student feels at ease and are able to discuss and also build their life and career, without any hesitation. 

A part of this secure environment is the assurance of confidentiality of the information shared by the students and their parents and others, the fee structure and university partnership programs, number of years of study and certification. 

The session ended with an active round of question and answer sessions. The delegates were felicitated by the school’s Principal Ms Hema Madabhusi, Vice-Principal Ms Meenu, Senior School Incharge Mr Shrinivas, Cambridge wing Incharge Ms Monomita and all teachers of senior school graced the event.

As children are at a stage where they are confused about their future careers, sessions like these prove to be helpful to them in gaining clarity and making informed choices.
