Colombian woman : Sofia Serrano, shocked the internet by sharing that her Amazon order for an air fryer arrived with a live lizard. She posted a picture of the wet lizard in the box on X, questioning whether it was Amazon’s or the carrier’s fault.
The post, shared on July 18, quickly went viral. In response, Amazon Help apologized, saying, “Hello! We’re sorry for the inconvenience.”
