The 2nd Edition Of Sudha Reddy’s Pink Power Run Witnesses Grand Participation With Leander Paes, Julia Morley & Opal Suchata Chuangsri In Attendance
Hyderabad, September 28, 2025 – The Necklace Road turned into a sea of pink as enthusiastic participants laced up for the 2nd edition of the Pink Power Run, hosted by the Sudha Reddy Foundation. With the theme “Stride & Shine”, the morning run was not just about fitness but about championing a powerful cause—breast cancer awareness and early detection.
Philanthropist *Sudha Reddy, alongside her husband and business leader Krishna Reddy, inaugurated the event in the presence of tennis legend *Leander Paes, Miss World Chairperson Julia Morley, and reigning Miss World 2025 *Opal Suchata Chuangsri. A bevy of global beauty queens, including Miss World representatives from every continent, added sparkle to the event, joined by India’s own Miss World Nandini Gupta and Nikita Porwal.

From corporate heads to students, influencers to senior citizens, and even underprivileged women people from all walks of life came together in a vibrant show of unity. Fitness workshops, survivor stories, and social media challenges in the lead-up created a buzz that carried into the morning’s excitement.
The races 10 km, 5 km, and 3 km saw some truly electrifying performances. Ankit Gupta clocked 30:52 to win the men’s 10K, while Seema Seema led the women’s division at 34:44. The 5K Open had Harmanjot Singh and Ankita Ankita sprinting to the top with stellar timings of 14:25 and 16:52 respectively. Winners walked away with cash prizes, applause, and the pride of contributing to a meaningful cause.
Adding to the celebrations, Julia Morley received the Excellence in Mentorship Award 2025 for her global impact on empowerment and advocacy.
In an emotional announcement, Sudha Reddy revealed that the movement is now set to go global with Pink Power Run – Beyond Borders 2026, uniting participants from 140 countries in a symbolic 24-hour relay across continents, aligning with the 75th anniversary of Miss World.
What began as a local initiative is fast blossoming into a worldwide movement one stride at a time, with Hyderabad proudly at its heart.
