Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University Confers Ph.D. on Commerce Researcher
The Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University in Hyderabad has granted a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Commerce to Mr. V. Chakravarthy, a resident of New Bowenpally, Secunderabad. Today’s event marked the culmination of nearly ten years of challenging paintings and research.
The duration of Dr. Chakravarthy’s thesis was from 2014–15 to 2022–23 and was named “Institutional Agricultural Credit in Telangana: A Case Study of the DCCB, Mahabubnagar.” His study demonstrated how the District Central Cooperative Bank (DCCB) has succeeded in meeting farmers’ loan demands by effectively managing credit risk, running its business effectively, and achieving solid financial results. The study covered a wide range of credit needs, such as short-term, medium-term, and other types of institutional credit.
Under the guidance of Prof. Anand Pawar, the dean of the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University’s Faculty of Commerce and Business Management, Dr. Chakravarthy conducted a thorough investigation into the bank’s role in supporting agricultural credit scores in the Mahabubnagar area.
