Hyderabad — The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (Hydraa) has demolished 640 illegal structures built on government land in Gajularamaram, out of more than 900 identified.
Commissioner A.V. Ranganath clarified that the action was directed against land grabbers and local rowdy sheeters, not poor families. He added that a detailed report will be prepared following a State Intelligence probe.
The crackdown is part of Hydraa’s broader mission to reclaim government land from encroachments across the city.
