Nitish Kumar has created political history by taking oath as the Chief Minister of Bihar for the tenth time, marking the beginning of a new term for the 18th Bihar Legislative Assembly. The grand swearing-in ceremony took place at Gandhi Maidan, Patna, in the presence of top national leaders and thousands of supporters.
Resignation Before New Term
Ahead of forming the new government, Nitish Kumar submitted his resignation to Governor Arif Mohammed Khan, as the term of the previous assembly ends on November 22. This procedural step cleared the way for the formation of the newly elected assembly and the next NDA government.
