Renowned Telugu actor Kota Srinivasa Rao passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2025, in Hyderabad after battling a prolonged illness. He was 83 years old. Known for his immense contribution to Indian cinema, his death has left a deep void in the Telugu film industry and political circles alike.
With a career spanning over four decades, Kota acted in more than 750 films across Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam languages.
