Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) celebrated its 26th Convocation Ceremony, conferring degrees and medals upon Ph.D. scholars, postgraduates, and undergraduates who have successfully completed their academic journey. The event highlighted the achievements of students from diverse backgrounds, symbolizing the university’s role in empowering learners through accessible education.

The degrees were formally conferred by Vice Chancellor Prof. Ghanta Chakrapani, in the presence of Nodal Officer Banothu Dharma Nayak, Dean Vadanam Srinivas, and Professors Giri Khambambati and Sunil Pothana, who collectively applauded the academic spirit and achievements of the graduating batch.

Entrepreneur & TPCC Legal Coordinator: Expressed deep gratitude towards the Vice Chancellor, faculty, and administration. “BRAOU has given students a milestone that shapes their future. As an alumnus, I will continue to give my best to the university and its alumni community,” he said.

Shashwitha police Shashwitha Police – IT Professional & Student Wing Leader: “Coding Success, Connecting Students.” As an IT professional and social media in-charge of the BRAOU Student Wing, she said she feels proud to be part of the university .”Convocation isn’t just about a degree, it’s about the journey of growth.”

Sandeep M.P. – Law Student & Tech Employee: Shared a heartfelt message on his graduation, calling it a moment of inspiration to pursue higher goals.

Sandhya Thota – Banker & Social Worker: “Banking on Education, Investing in Society.” A private sector employee and active social worker, Sandhya reflected on her journey, saying that education has empowered her to serve society better.

Sandeep Manthapuram  Sandeep Das Manthapuram – High Court Lawyer & Activist: Reaffirmed his admiration for Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, stating, “His ideology inspires us to continue our fight for equality and justice.”

Kranthi – Political & Legal Cell Activist: Highlighted the university’s role in nurturing leadership qualities.

Lahari Suman Lahari Suman – Principal & Social Leader: “Leading with Courage, Balancing with Grace.” Principal of Vatsalya School, active in Mahila Congress and the student wing, Lahari appreciated BRAOU for shaping her leadership journey. She stood as an inspiring example of dedication, having supported university programs even during her pregnancy and while caring for her small child.

Israel Advocate Israel – Lawyer & Social Activist: Credited BRAOU for strengthening his commitment to social service and missionary work.

Rajshekhar BRAOU Rajshekhar – Law Graduate : “Turning Dreams into Degrees.” Expressed immense happiness at completing his Master’s in Law from BRAOU, calling it a proud milestone in his academic journey.

Shivaji BRAOU Shivaji – Law Graduate: “From Campus to Courtroom.” Celebrated his Master’s degree with gratitude, acknowledging the university for paving the way toward his professional goals.

Rajesh Rajesh Shamakura – Master’s Graduate: “A Step Closer to New Horizons.” Rajesh expressed his happiness on completing his Master’s degree from BRAOU, saying that this achievement motivates him to pursue further opportunities and contribute meaningfully to society.

Hajera Deb – Rotary Club & Social Activist: “Service with Knowledge, Change with Action.” A proud alumna and active student wing participant, Hajera credited BRAOU for giving her a platform to balance academics with her social work.
