SWEEKAR NGO Receives High-Level Appreciation for Transforming Lives of Children with Disabilities
Hyderabad: A distinguished delegation of eminent personalities visited SWEEKAAR NGO, an organization dedicated to the empowerment and rehabilitation of children with disabilities and individuals with special needs. The delegation personally witnessed the remarkable humanitarian services being rendered under the leadership of Dr. Pasupuleti Hanumantha Rao.

The delegation included Prof. Dr. K. Thulsi Rao, IFS (Biodiversity Scientist), Mr. Srinivasulu Vemula (Officer on Special Duty to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana), Sri Loka Venkatram Reddy (Horticulture Revolutionist), Pandit Dr. J. Ramaswamy (Poet & Author), Prof. T. Narasimha Das (Former Private Secretary to the Hon’ble Speaker, Telangana Legislative Assembly), Dr. Markandeyulu (Environmental Scientist), and Shashank Pasupuleti (MSME State Head & TPCC Legal Cell Coordinator).
During their visit, the dignitaries spent quality time interacting with the children, observing their talents, learning activities, and rehabilitation programs. They appreciated the dedication of the staff and volunteers and expressed their admiration for the exceptional work being carried out by SWEEKAAR. The visitors also assured Dr. Hanumantha Rao that they would extend their wholehearted support to further strengthen the organization’s mission.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Srinivasulu Vemula, Officer on Special Duty to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana, stated that the Telangana Government is committed to the welfare and empowerment of persons with disabilities. He assured that he would extend all possible support from the Government to SWEEKAAR and facilitate initiatives that would benefit the children and the institution.
Expressing his gratitude, Dr. Pasupuleti Hanumantha Rao, Founder of SWEEKAAR, thanked Mr. Srinivasulu Vemula for his encouraging words and assurance of support. He also conveyed his heartfelt appreciation to every dignitary who took the time to personally visit the institution, interact with the children, and recognize the efforts of the organization.
Dr. Hanumantha Rao said, “SWEEKAAR is not just an institution; it is a home of hope, dignity, and opportunity for children and persons with disabilities. For decades, we have been working to provide quality education, healthcare, rehabilitation, vocational training, and life skills that enable them to lead independent and meaningful lives. Such visits from eminent personalities inspire our children, strengthen our commitment, and encourage society to join hands in this noble mission.”
The visiting dignitaries unanimously appreciated the remarkable contribution of SWEEKAAR to society and commended Dr. Pasupuleti Hanumantha Rao for his lifelong dedication to the welfare, education, and empowerment of persons with disabilities.
