New leadership to focus on grassroots enterprises, women entrepreneurs and market access
Hyderabad: The All India Professionals’ Congress (AIPC) MSME wing has strengthened its district-level network in Telangana with three key appointments aimed at improving grassroots engagement with entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Bhukya Picheshwar Rao Naik (BP Naik) has been appointed MSME Head for Khammam, Lahari Suman for Medchal–Malkajgiri and Macha Brahmandam for Rajanna Sircilla.
AIPC MSME Telangana State Head Shashank Pasupuleti said the expansion was intended to create a more accessible platform for entrepreneurs and ensure that issues emerging at the district level receive wider representation.
“A designation comes with the responsibility to stand with entrepreneurs. Our focus is to listen at the grassroots, identify genuine challenges and take them to the appropriate State and national platforms,” Pasupuleti said.

The appointments were made under the guidance of AIPC MSME National Head Sudhakar Sundaravel, who has been working to strengthen the MSME vertical and expand its organisational network across the country. AIPC MSME Telangana Deputy Head Abdullah Bakran congratulated the newly appointed district heads and said the State team would work collectively to strengthen grassroots engagement with MSMEs and entrepreneurs.
Shashank thanked AIPC National Chairman Madhu Yaskhi Goud, AIPC MSME National Head Sudhakar Sundaravel and AIPC Telangana State President Dr Jillela Aditya Reddy for their guidance and support. “Their confidence gives us greater responsibility to strengthen the MSME network across Telangana and make it more effective at the grassroots”.
BP Naik said his priority in Khammam would be to engage with small businesses, first-generation entrepreneurs and young people entering enterprise. “We will work to bridge the gap between entrepreneurs and opportunities, while ensuring their concerns are effectively represented,” he said.
Lahari Suman said she would give particular attention to women entrepreneurs and women-led MSMEs in Medchal–Malkajgiri. “Women have the ideas and ability to build successful enterprises. Better access to finance, markets, mentorship and networks can help more women turn those ideas into sustainable businesses,” she said.
In Rajanna Sircilla, Macha Brahmandam said the focus would be on connecting local enterprises with markets, government initiatives and professional expertise. “Understanding problems at the ground level and finding practical pathways to address them will be our priority,” he said.
The Telangana unit will focus on issues including credit access, delayed payments, market linkages, government schemes, technology adoption and support for emerging entrepreneurs, while gradually expanding its district-level presence.
