HYDERABAD – The 58th death anniversary of His Exalted Highness The Nizam VII, Mir Osman Ali Khan, was observed today with customary solemnity at Masjid E Judi in King Kothi, Hyderabad. The event at Masjid E Judi, King Kothi, Hyderabad, was organized by Nawab Hyder Ali President of the H.E.H The Nizam VII Khanazadan Association.
The gathering at the ceremony saw members and well-wishers thronging to pay their last respects to the Nizam of Hyderabad, known for his development in the cause of the region. The event began with the recitation of prayers and tribute to the legacy of Mir Osman Ali Khan.
This tradition of having the first death anniversary of the Nizam was initiated by the late Nawab Yousuf Ali, who was the founding president of the H.E.H The Nizam VII Khanazadan Association. His efforts in the remembrance of the Nizam were continued by the successive, thus making Nizam VII and his legacy into the history of Hyderabad.
Mir Osman Ali Khan was a very great philanthropist and made inroads into the area of education, health, and infrastructure, creating a respectful and a somewhat stern character in the annals of history related to Hyderabad. The annual remembrance would be a realization of his impact and the ever-present legacy the man bequeathed to the world.
