CREDAI slams unsold properties claim in Hyderabad

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), the apex body of private real estate developers in the country, announced three property shows in August. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is expected to inaugurate the event.

Speaking at a press conference of this launch, the representatives of the organisation asked media houses to not spread false narratives and taint the image of brand Hyderabad. They condemned the rumors that properties are going unsold in Hyderabad.

Themed around #CREDAIbility, the event will showcase three editions focusing across Hyderabad. This strategic initiative is designed to provide home buyers with a holistic view of the city’s real estate landscape, featuring meticulously selected properties from renowned developers.

V. Rajashekhar Reddy, President of CREDAI Hyderabad, slamming the rumors, lauds Hyderabad as a truly global city boasting futuristic infrastructure. “The city’s remarkable attributes have earned it the distinction of being recognized as the 4th Fastest Growing City in the World by the Knight Frank India-CII Report (2024) and a prime destination for economic opportunities according to the World Bank Group Doing Business Report (2020). Hyderabad also stands among the top 10 global ecosystems,” he said stating many other facts.

Interestingly, Hyderabad is also rated among the top three markets for luxury homes in India, according to the CBRE Report (2024). Registrations for open plots have seen a modest rise of 7%.

Investors, homebuyers, and real estate enthusiasts are encouraged to explore the thriving real estate market in Hyderabad at the three shows on following dates and locations.

August 2-4 at Hitex Exhibition Centre

August 9-11 at Shree Conventions Kompally

August 23-25 at Land Nagole Metro Station
