LIC Launches MyLIC and Super Sales Saathi Apps to Boost Digital Insurance Services

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has taken a major step toward digital transformation with the launch of two new mobile applications—MyLIC for customers and Super Sales Saathi for agents—on April 15, 2026. The initiative reflects India’s growing emphasis on technology-driven and inclusive financial services.

The MyLIC app offers policyholders a one-stop digital platform to manage their insurance needs. Customers can view and manage policies, pay premiums, track benefits, access policy loans, revive lapsed policies, complete e-KYC, and even purchase new insurance products—reducing dependence on physical visits and paperwork.

At the same time, LIC has strengthened its vast agent network through the Super Sales Saathi app, which provides digital sales tools, real-time policy tracking, automated follow-ups, performance dashboards, and AI-driven insights to improve customer engagement and productivity.

Both apps are powered by LIC’s DIVE (Digital Innovation & Value Enhancement) platform, ensuring secure, scalable, and real-time service delivery. With this move, LIC aims to simplify insurance access for millions of policyholders while empowering agents, marking a significant milestone in India’s digital insurance journey.
