Huge Gathering of Kapu Community at Landmark Convention Boosts Community Spirit
Hyderabad, Landmark Convention witnessed a grand gathering of the Kapu community as prominent leaders and educated members came together for an orientation meeting aimed at promoting unity, empowerment, and progress. The event, organized by respected industrialist Nima Shankar, served as a platform to inspire the community through intellectual discussions and meaningful interactions.
Despite his busy schedule with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Member of Parliament Bandi Sanjay actively participated in the online conference, highlighting the significance of intellectual engagement and encouraging the youth to expand their horizons and contribute to the growth of the community.
The event showcased the presence of prominent BJP corporators, Vinayak Nagar Corporator Rajyalakshmi and Monda Market Corporator Kontham Deepika, who were at the center of attention during the proceedings.
Commencing with an inspiring lecture, the meeting created a vibrant atmosphere, further enhanced by the melodious performance of Mr. Gajjal Srinivas Munnooru. Prayers and hymns added a spiritual touch to the occasion, elevating the overall experience.The contributions of prosperous farmers in the villages were duly recognized for their role in fostering growth within the community. International magician Samala Venu added an enchanting touch as he shared his thoughts as a mediator, captivating the audience.
A significant announcement came from Dr. Pasupuleti Hanumantha Rao, a renowned specialist in the fields of Developmental Pediatrics, Rehabilitation Medicine, and Psychology. He pledged to provide free education for two individuals throughout their entire lives, aiming to empower the community through education.
Throughout the meeting, emphasis was placed on leadership qualities and self-esteem as the driving forces behind progress and unity. Chairman Sri Veeramalla Prakash highlighted the importance of collective forward movement to ensure the community’s overall well-being.
MP Vadde Raja Ravi Chandra emphasized the need for mutual support to preserve unity, while Rajya Sabha member Dr. Kova Lakshman expressed concerns regarding the community’s lack of attention in census records, despite the efforts of community organizations and clean associations.
Madam Lalitha, Chairperson of the Women’s Finance Corporation, underscored the significance of unity and empowerment within the Kapu community for its overall development. She encouraged active participation in community programs and initiatives.
Former GHMC Mayor Bonthu Rammohan suggested consolidating all organizations under one roof, presenting a unified front for the betterment of the community. His commitment, along with that of the Minister and MP, to work diligently toward this goal was evident.
The organizing committee received tremendous support from Ms. Moog Jayashree, Mrs. Shrimati, and other individuals who not only registered for the event but also generously provided meals for all attendees. The coordination skills of Mr. Kasaram Ramesh were highly appreciated, along with the contributions of Dr. P.L.N. Patel, Thella Sridhar, and Tella Murli.
